- Fraud or identity misrepresentation

- Attempting to hack or disrupt our systems
- Unauthorised use of another person's account
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the p0335 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use valid payment methods that belong to them. p0335 does not accept payments made on behalf of third parties.
Deposits made into your p0335 account are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been confirmed. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timelines set by the platform, subject to identity verification and applicable security compliance requirements. p0335 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there are any indications of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be closed immediately. All balances in accounts closed for such violations may be forfeited.
Foreign currency exchange rates, where applicable, are based on prevailing market rates and p0335 is not liable for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The p0335 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. p0335 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. p0335's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
P0335 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are suspended pending investigation are not entitled to claim any compensation during the period of that investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p0335 platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of p0335 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation from p0335. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in legal action.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
